Madison Area Technical College (Madison College) is a public technical and community college based in Madison, Wisconsin. It serves students in parts of 12 counties in south-central Wisconsin: Adams, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Marquette, Richland, Rock, and Sauk.

I feel we do not always put the right person in the positions. Employees are in positions that they are not about to succeed or that they are capable of succeeding in. Sometimes we have the right person and they are not given a chance in the position.
What makes you most happy at work?
The students, student employees and coworkers, I get to work with everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department people for the most part care about each other and respect each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers care about each other and get along. We work as a team to get the work done. and Value each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid what other coworkers are paid within the college and department. Many positions in my department are doing jobs/responsibilities I have done in the past and currently and are paid more.
