Madison College is a great place to work! The managers in my area are supportive, flexible, and approachable, and I have worked with so many amazing mentors who have helped me grow professionally. It seems some employees are not always in the right position, but overall most are friendly and helpful

The College offers very generous vacation and sick time off, as well as excellent health and dental benefits.

There is a very strong commitment to student success, which permeates through all areas of the College. Staff are friendly, supportive, and flexible.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to play a small role in student success. The students bring so much energy, and it's so exciting and energizing to hear their stories and know that my work is helping to make a difference.
