Madison Area Technical College (Madison College) is a public technical and community college based in Madison, Wisconsin. It serves students in parts of 12 counties in south-central Wisconsin: Adams, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Marquette, Richland, Rock, and Sauk.

Overall it is very satisfying. Some areas get to add more staff that seems unfair, but we continue to do our part in our area.

They constantly have students as a priority and employees next.

When people follow the rules and not seeking exceptions for everything.

We are consistently looking at ways to be more effective and efficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very student friendly, but that sometimes makes it difficult to constantly work with exceptions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits are really great but if we want to recruit from similar positions at UW Madison, we should say that we count their senority there in our time for retirement.
