Some of the best things about my team is that we're a diverse group of people, and that we're results oriented.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued, because I wasn't receiving consistent feedback, so I didn't know if I was doing a good job or not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my opinion the most positive thing about the culture and environment of this organization is it's willing to continuously learn. I do feel like their could be more collaboration across cultures.
