There are many that came in as a student with intent to graduate and leave, when the time came we chose to seek full time employment and stay at Madison College. It is truly an amazing place. We are very fortunate to have such a healthy work environment

The positive energy of my coworkers and our campus. I appreciate the enthusiasm my team brings to our work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The College pays a larger portion of our benefit costs and reduces the employee out of pocket cost. Strong retirement options, savings, 401 etc...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Care, compassion, empathy and support. I feel heard and appreciated. We all have an equal voice. My leaders lift me up and support my goals.
