I feel I'm paid fairly for my duties, which I've never felt before in previous jobs.

Everyone is SO friendly. We have a lot of passionate, talented, compassionate employees and they make coming to work fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel welcomed and like I belong. I feel part of the team and that I can be myself. I feel recognized. I feel trusted. All of these things have boosted my confidence at work and have made me love my job.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and the overall positive culture and environment. I love being part of my team and this college and feeling like I'm part of something bigger. I love walking through campus and seeing it full of students - it's a daily reminder of why we're here and why we do what we do.
