How transparent the interview team was.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Diversity and Inclusion must improve at our company in order for it to be an inspiring, fair place to work.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We have an abundant benefits package - amazing health, vision, and dental insurance, along with a ton of other perks: paid volunteer days, monthly stipend, generous maternity and parental leave (to name a few)

What makes you most happy at work?

The relationships I have with my coworkers, my manager's feedback, and genuine care for me both in and out of the office, and the initiatives I am able to work on. Those three are a tie.

What do you like best about your company?

ML cares about its employees and does everything they can to help improve their performance, help them reach their career goals, understand realistic expectations of their role, and its apparent the employee experience is well looked after.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is honest, intelligent, and has no problem pushing one another to do our best. We are collaborative and are lucky to have a manager that keeps regularly meetings so we never feel disconnected (especially during times like this, COVID).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The willingness to accept new ideas and change. It may take a bit for change to happen, but it does. The culture is very important to us, and we want to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels that their career growth is a priority.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate how accessible they are. In a small company, you are fortunate enough to interact with C-levels on a daily basis, but at ML each member of the team goes out of their way to say hello to you each morning, etc. It's the little things.
