We're small but very efficient and every one in the team is friendly and easy to reach out to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel fairly compensated and the perks such as creative days and joy budgets are great. It's easy to file for vacation leaves too, which we have plenty!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like I'm given the freedom to work on my own with little supervision. I am trusted to do my job properly and I do it well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I learn new things related to what I study on my own and my colleagues are all great. I look forward to the monthly meetings we have because I genuinely have fun when we have them.
