We can laugh and enjoy meetings even when they're on more serious topics. People take accountability without taking themselves too seriously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They invest in it. By sponsoring employee meet-ups, investing in company retreats, and in travel & time off for their own employees, they show how much they care for their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The number of days that we have to be creative and explore the world. Additionally, while I'm not a parent, parents have extra parental days they can take to spend with their families, which I think is absolutely lovely.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really foster a sense of community amongst the employees, and you can tell they're genuinely concerned with providing the best experience to their customers and their employees. They take action to improve experiences and care when they're not delivering.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's values are real, I see them reflected every day. The desire to keep things simple, to focus on people, and to be positive stand out to me daily, but the others are always present in our work as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do is simple but difficult. It's simple because I have one or two clear, defined projects at a time, making it simple to balance priorities. The projects themselves challenge me and my creativity, but in a good way!
