Because being a bowl attendant for $12 in a world like this just isnt logical. Not comparing to what you guys make in profit to here, but I think it would make the environment less over-competetive if everyone was making their money. And waiters base pay should be at what the old minimum wage, $7.25

Almost no team cohesion. Management doesn't try to have teamwork.

Have regular meetings. Only have people become a general manager from working their way up and not having such a strong segregation between workers and managers.
