People are passionate about the mission, and highly dedicated to their work. Unfortunately, the organization knows this and exploits employees with excessive workloads.

The interview process it too involved and has to many individuals involved.

We get to grant life-changing wishes to kids who really need them, and we work with a team of volunteers who love our mission
