What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process it too involved and has to many individuals involved.
What are some of the best things about your team?People are passionate about the mission, and highly dedicated to their work. Unfortunately, the organization knows this and exploits employees with excessive workloads.
What are some of the best things about your team?Fun diverse group and very helpful
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Clean out leadership from the top. Remove the sales-focused culture, as the organization is supposed to child and wish focused. Work strategically and collaboratively toward a unified workforce across National and chapters.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?New leadership, including revamped HR practices. Currently, there is no true focus on culture that leads to changes that lead to tangible improvements for the staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Ensure that pay bumps are distributed fairly and equitably. New employees experience higher wages and a higher rate of salary bumps.
