Onsite music studio. Great colleagues who are as passionate about music and music education as I am.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

MakeMusic and its parent company engage in a clear practice of treating individual contributors in a disposable manner, despite having trouble filling those roles (roles are often open for 6-8 months or more)
