What kind of relocation or moving stipends does Malouf Companies offer?

Thank you for your question. Although we do not have a formal relocation policy, it is something that can be discussed as part of the hiring process.
As of today, we do not have a standard moving stipend. Our average application rate per job opening is very high from both local and outside applicants. In this situation, moving stipends have not been frequently needed.

Everyone has life experiences to draw from that can help us be better. You were hired because you have something to offer the company we didn’t previously have. Ask questions to make sure you understand your objectives then work hard and work smart.
Ask as many questions as you can and make connections with other departments because you will most likely be working with them in the future.
Ask questions and be hungry to learn. Starting any new job is overwhelming, but Malouf puts a lot of emphasis on continuing to learn and grow. Everyone here is eager to share their knowledge with those around them. Take it all in!

Many Maloufers are pet lovers. Although pets aren’t our daily co-workers, we sometimes have puppy visits at the office and some pets come in on occasion for lifestyle photoshoots that relate to our products.
No pets as some workers are highly allergic.

We have a primary focus on fighting child sex trafficking. As a certified B-corporation, we partner with many non-profits, like O.U.R and CAPSA for these efforts. All employees are also given charitable time off to get involved.

Yes. Both internal and external applicants can apply for job openings at Malouf. Internal applicants simply let their manager know they’d like to apply, then follow the same application steps as external candidates.
You can but it is rare. You would express it to your manager and they will see if there is a need in that department.

Onboarding varies by department and work function. However, the HR team holds a new hire orientation for all employees and helps get insurance and benefits set up. New hires also receive ongoing support from managers.

There aren't a ton of promotions just usually a raise and more responsibilities due to how fast we are growing.
