President and CEO Sam Malouf founded Malouf, a luxury bedding company, in 2003 with his wife, Kacie. Today, he leads and motivates a team of more than 350 employees.

Sam Malouf ranked No. 23 on Glassdoor’s 2018 top CEOs for medium and small businesses list and is in the top 1% of employee-rated CEOs in the country. Malouf was also featured in the article “20 Companies Where Employees Are the Happiest” by Glassdoor and named one the Best Work Places of 2018 by Inc. Magazine.

In 2017, Sam received the Entrepreneur of the Year® Award in the distribution and manufacturing category in the Utah Region. He has also been widely recognized for his charitable efforts with organizations including Operation Underground Railroad, Citizens Against Physical and Sexual Abuse (CAPSA), Utah Foster Care, and the Children’s Justice Center.
