Malouf Companies Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k match and company paid benefits are of good quality

Review from Operations Dept

Malouf covers health, dental, insurance

Review from Operations Dept

Remote work option, flexible hours

Review from Sales Dept

Full paid benefits, HSA and 401k. Also, ample time off. I would rather have more time off than make more money.

Review from Sales Dept

The whole kit and kabodel!

Review from Sales Dept

having 5 paid health days

Review from Admin Dept

Great insurance, fair PTO allotment, free lunches, parties and fun.

Review from Sales Dept

They take care of their employees. They provide breakfast and lunches occasionally. They celebrate rly milestones and birthdays. They show you that they care about you.

Review from Admin Dept

PTO package has totally improved!

Review from Sales Dept

Malouf pays 100% of our HDHP. We have great insurance with a $3000 max out of pocket for employees and a $6000 max out of pocket for families. Malouf also provides a 5/4 match on our 401k. Malouf also provides us free lunch each day.

Review from Marketing Dept

Malouf fights to give you as many perks as possible.

Review from Operations Dept

Insurance coverage has been a big help.

Review from Sales Dept

The money that i make

Review from Operations Dept

It doesn't leave me wanting.

Review from Engineering Dept

The 100% covered health insurance.

Review from Sales Dept

Our benefits are very cheap, and I feel like I'm paid fairly and competitively for my position.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I love all the employee perks such as parties, game nights and lunches!

Review from Customer Success Dept

Know idea all are good

Review from Engineering Dept

All of the compensation package

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not enough compensation to the employee

Review from Operations Dept

Having been promoted to a manager level, I never received a raise. Was able to get a small bump after 18 months, but still feel that I am doing the work of multiple people, but have only seen a 10% bump from that. A clear path of what compensation looks like would be helpful.

Review from Sales Dept

We were told in a meeting with our management and our HR representative that we will not be paid more, but new hires would and that is just how the system works. We are told that we are the heart of the company in A/R, but are also told that we are free to find another company if we paid more.

Review from Finance Dept

In looking at other positions similar to mine, i could make more money. I feel loyal to Malouf though.

Review from Sales Dept

Low pay and benefits have been taken away. Low pay hurts the most, especially with the economy only getting worse

Review from Operations Dept

Malouf was unable to offer raises this year, which is rough for those who took on extra work and responsibilities. People in my field are already underpaid at Malouf vs. other employers. ANY attempt at compensation, including non-monetary benefits like a little more time off, would help.

Review from Design Dept

Pay us the industry average. or just barely below because we do get good benefits. Paying half of what the rest of the industry does and saying benefits and culture makes up the difference is an excuse at this point. Culture doesn't put food on my table.

Review from Operations Dept

I would love to get a raise like the other leads did because I work just as hard. However, my only forklift accident was held against me getting a raise.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Everything in the United States is going up in price. I’m on the fence about looking for a higher pa

Review from Operations Dept

Definitely need a higher salary.

Review from Finance Dept

Insight on what is expected of my position and ability to move forward with my career at Malouf

Review from Admin Dept

Better compensation and appreciation of employees

Review from Customer Support Dept

A guarantee that once we make it out of this recession all of us who have worked our butts off will be compensated generously. I would like to buy a house in the next year, the only reason this is a feasible goal is because my wife also works and it means money is very tight.

Review from Sales Dept

My position has been given more and more responsibilities from other departments that do not always make sense for us to do aside from we have the bandwidth. We are expected to know procedures for several aspects of several departments, but don't get paid for the additional knowledge/ value we add.

Review from Customer Support Dept

More visibility would be a huge benefit. It is hard to compare other positions to mine, because the work is different. Not knowing what raise is coming, or if it is coming at all, is tough. I wish there was a way to know if I hit benchmarks that compensation would also increase.

Review from Sales Dept

I am underpaid compared to those doing the same work as I am.

Review from Marketing Dept

I am receiving a heavier work load with no pay raise

Review from Finance Dept

Devs are a hair underpaid - not terrible though.

Review from Engineering Dept

I have more experience and could operate multiple operating equipment but were paid less compared to youngster who have less or no experience at all.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like the pay scale and salary growth plans need to adapt to the times that we're in. Perhaps this is a problem in all companies, but for people with lower salaries, percentage based raises don't pay enough to keep up with the rising costs of housing, transportation, and inflation.
