There are people here that don't spend their time working, and don't want to be here. Complainers and bullies. I love my job, but I don't think I'm fully getting across how seriously I feel, and how much this drags me down when I'm here. It's a shame, because Malouf itself is amazing.

I feel like a lot of my co-workers just do the bare minimum to get their jobs done, if they do at all. It's frustrating. I'm not sure how to fix work ethic.
