Leadership needs to do better at changing with the company. In business lifecycles, they tend to succeed or fail based on leadership and we are stagnant. We're not improving our oldest departments and we're bringing on new projects/ventures on without making calculated decisions.

Favoritism has becoming the cultural norm of Malouf. The employees that brown nose are given more opportunities. While employees who do amazing things aren't given the same opportunities. To save the culture that brought so many talented people here, the culture among the mangers needs to be fixed.

There is clear favoritism between brands at Malouf. We've heard time and time again that they are working to resolve this but don't communicate what they are doing to fix it. Resources are not allocated equally. People and brands are favored more than others.
