What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There are definitely some frustrations I have with pay. Even when we are in a tight spot in the company they have hired a manager for us from iFit without posting the job. I feel like all the hard work we do is not cared for; that I am a number, and they would fill my spot without a thought.

As previously noted, strategic direction, clear goals for everyone, fair compensation and opportunity for bonus. Back office systems that support the business not hinder and cause extra work or add people to overcome that lack of systems.

Compensation. Pay employees better. Instead of spending money on new buildings and sports parks that not all employees will use, pay employees better.

Management plays favorites!! It's not fair the way they place lazy people above those who work hard day in and day out!! If you stand up to management they black list you and look for ways to get rid of you.
