I love a lot of things about Malouf, but feel a little disillusioned after this year. A lot of the sentimental talk about company culture has started to feel a little hokey to me. It's just a job, folks. We're here to put food on the table. Thankfully, Malouf is a workplace filled with good people.

Malouf is a good place to work. It has had many ups and downs. I just wish management wouldnt feed my ears with positivity, and then let me down. Its expected at this point. But overall, not so bad

That depends. If it’s during COVID-19, employees who can work from home have been encouraged to. We care about our people. Under normal circumstances, we prioritize working at the office to foster positive shared experiences and by offering perks.
You can work from home if you are sick or other extenuating circumstances. It is up to the managers discretion but they are usually pretty accommodating.

Our culture management strategy focuses on employee feedback. We have an anonymous suggestion box, employee surveys, and studies of Comparably reviews to help us understand employees’ preferences. This better informs our decisions.
Promote from within the company. Give more value to loyalty to the company not the ability to make decisions based on numbers.
