We have highly experienced people and they are supportive to the new comers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is very open and involved in my growth and I highly appreciate that. Also, he is very supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued but there are benefits that I do not enjoy - which is most of them. I would prefer the money paid for them to rather be give to me, or just change the benefits. For example, instead of massage or wellbeing, I would prefer a bonus.
