Stop testing the product on customers production environments.Hire leaders who can lead by example.

Deals with ever changing deliverables, can do best if team members opinion is considered for decession making

Act on your feedbacks stick with decessions and make them work rather than switching to a new model every time

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was long ago the process is no longer the same and I think the process is not as transparent as earlier as you would see some false claims and promises

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no defined performance review process or career framework.Every year they come up with same excuse that we are in transition for past 5+yrs . Most loyal employees have already jumped the boat.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to its customers/ employees stop testing the product on customers , Hire People who can lead by example not just manage people. Currently the team first sells the contracts and then does the implementation and design.
