Promotions are based on managers' like not related to performance and 360 feedback. Even if you do the work of 3 persons, you are underpaid and they are hiring leads that have no clue what they're doing, only to be trained by you and be paid twice your salary.

Communication = 0 Transparency = 0 Everyone for himself, there's no team player attitude
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I have to train other managers that are paid double or triple than me and they have no clue on how to use the tools used for performance reviews or even simple tools from G suite.
