Mambu is an extremely open company with flat hierarchy. It feel that everyone is working towards achieving the same goal. Cooperation between teams is excellent (This in comparison with other financial software providers i worked for in the past)

Leadership is extremely approachable. challenges or issues brought to attention are taken seriously. Leadership feels like direct peers instead of managers performing a task

The first interview was all about you and no classical questions on work experience (Everyone can read Linkedin) - Also the support I got from Mambu in prep of the final interview
