Advancement and increasing the salary of all employees, along with hiring more staff or changing expectations
Communications and more diversity. All of the ELT sound and look the same. Check out the web site. They also need to get more relevant and get out of the 90’s thinking.

They pay only a select few people market price. People leave because they are undervalued and underpaid.

More diversity in all aspects of the company. More resources to the people who actually do the work.
