Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

wage increases are few and far between

nothing feels better, I am just waiting to get a new job until than I have to wait here. very bad ppl, told me initially that they will file for my H1b and now suddenly they are saying they will not. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join them unless you don't have any other option like me.

I am required to work a minimum of 50 hrs a week even though my salary is calculated off 40 hr/week. I never get the lost time back, as there is a lack of support I have not been able to take a holiday in over 18 months.
