Mr. Carl Buising has been Chief Medical Officer for Mantech Health at ManTech International Corporation since May 2015. Mr. Buising is a board-certified physician and proven health IT executive with over 20 years of experience in medicine and health IT. He joined ManTech Health from Leidos, where he was Federal Chief Medical Officer and Lead Clinical Executive for Military Health Programs. Prior to Leidos, Mr. Buising was Executive Director of Health at Microsoft, President of I*MD Consulting, and a Clinical Informatics Consultant for the Army medicine Chief Information Officer. He started his career as a medical officer in the U.S. Army. He completed his residency in family medicine at the Martin Army Community Hospital in Fort Benning, Ga. Mr. Buising received his bachelor's degree in biology from the University of California at Irvine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, Md.
