Judith Bjornaas — Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at ManTech

Ms. Judith L. Bjornaas, also known as Judy, has been Chief Financial Officer of ManTech International Corporation since November 2, 2016 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Ms. Bjornaas served as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of ManTech International Corporation from November 16, 2010 to November 2, 2016. She served as the Principal Accounting Officer of ManTech International Corporation since August 10, 2012. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of NCI Inc., since January 2003 and served as its Executive Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Bjornaas served as Treasurer of NCI Inc. since January 2004. She has more than 25 years of financial management experience in the federal contracting environment.She was responsible for the accounting and financial operations of NCI, including pricing, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining all financial relationships for NCI, including banking, leasing, business insurance and audits. Ms. Bjornaas served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Finance of NCI Inc. since joining in 1995 and served as Chief Financial Officer of NCI Informations Systems Inc. Prior to joining NCI, she served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for I-NET Inc. from 1987 to 1995. Prior to that, she worked for Electronic Data Systems from 1985 to 1987 in various audit and accounting roles. Ms. Bjornaas holds a B.S. in Finance from Mankato State University (Minnesota) and an MBA from Marymount University (Virginia). She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of the National Association of Accountants.
