Mr. Stephen J. Comber, also known as Steve, has been Senior Vice President of Mantech Health and General Manager of Mantech Health at ManTech International Corporation since January 2015. Mr. Comber served as the President of Leidos Health, LLC. He served as General manager of Health Solutions at Leidos Holdings, Inc. (formerly known as SAIC, Inc.) since October 1, 2010 and served as its Senior Vice President. Since joining Leidos Holdings, Inc. in 1985, Mr. Comber has served in a variety of executive positions, including contract, business operations and project management roles. He is a recognized member of the federal health community, and has a demonstrated record of success in managing complex projects for Leidos Holdings, Inc.'s customers. He received his bachelor's degree in business management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in Blacksburg, Va.
