The people I work with are wonderful, but the costumers are incredibly rude and the management doesn't back up what you tell them. They basically get whatever they want even if it was the costumers fault that something went wrong.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have to deal with so much for just being paid minimum wage. I've been at the company for 2 years and have only gotten a 25 cent raise.
