Keep making smart hires, don't bring someone on unless they are friendly, collaborative and self-motivated.

I think I am paid fairly and I've also had salary increases. Great to know that you are taken care of for hard work!

We are like family. We're too small not to be! We work together, relish in each other's successes and pick others up when they may be down.
