Resign so a professionally motivated management team can take over. The existing team is negative about each other behind their backs, will throw staff under a bus at the earliest opportunity and demonise staff to save face.
Listening to what staff are telling them and actually do something about the issues raised.

The management team act and are a team of bullies that lack professional management skills or traits. There are no career opportunities, and unless you are in ‘the right’ camp overlooked and probably talked about behind your back, and not about performance but personal traits and always negativ

Generally fair - would be happy with better pension contribution by the firm.
Be prepared to work as a team, share knowledge and stop hoarding details. Make meetings meaningful and remove the personal snipes and jabs.
Teams want and are trying to make a difference but restricted due to the management team having their blinkers on and not listening

There is a lack of cohesion between the workers, sales and management team. There are a lot of negative personality traits on show daily, so stop this. But, this is perpetuated due to a lack of HR staff or skills in the management team.
Everything takes too long to deliver and bottle necks are created in departments and not addressed.
Things have approved but a lot of work still needs to be done. Investment into the right areas needs to be addressed
Management team should focus on the macro management of the company and improving the company environment and culture. They should not be worried about what each individual is doing. More delegation. More structure.
