Management would play workers against each other.

Terrible management, lack of communication. Favoritism.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management from directors, supervisors, coordinator and training. Most of the time you have to train yourself.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When something goes wrong (after supervisor makes a mistake) they try to find somebody to take responsibility.
