The people are fantastic and the company culture is really top-notch. The proprietary tech we build is also very cool. The executive team is full of genuinely great people who are driving the company in the right direction. It's a startup, so the pace is not for everyone.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity and health benefits are great. Matic contributes a lot to the employee's HSA which is really nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is focused on problems and works quickly to solve and iterate. They're also great people to work with. Can't ask for much more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're transparent, very pleasant, and the overall structure feels flat so the execs are approachable and happy to have discussions with any employee no matter their level.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very thorough. Matic cares about finding the right person for the job. It's more difficult than other interview processes, but that's a good thing in my opinion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It sounds cliché, but the company really does feel like a group of friends. Everyone brings their personality and fun side to work. The insurance industry sounds boring and at other companies it probably is, but here it's actually fun
