I always feel heard at Matic and truly feel that my opinions matter. My manager is so kind and helpful and supports me in every way that he can. The other employees at the company also embody Matic's values and we are all one big team.

Everyone I interviewed cared what I had to say and they were very transparent as to what the job would look like
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be on the same team- "one team, one dream" is one of our isms and it rings true throughout the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is split up between those in the US and Phillipines and we still effectively communicate and have fun getting to know each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited paid time off and stock in the company. It shows that we are all part of the company and have ownership in its outcome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team does their best to make sure that they are visible to the employees. I feel that our CEO really makes an effort to get to know each and every employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel that I am able to be creative and run my day how I see fit. This allows me to feel comfortable while also feeling like I have the ability to focus on other ideas and projects I can bring to the table.
