Their are some good people on my team. The job involves no collaboration though. If you ask somone for help they will explain for you however.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I liked my team manager. Above him their is no transparency or accountability. They did implement milestone rewards for senior members so they bend over backwards for top performers but if you are at the bottom of the power structure they make sure you feel it and know it.
