Everyone brings something different to the table but personalities are not lost. HR really has done a great job of inclusion, putting on events and taking suggestions on what could be better

The process looked vastly different than it does today. Today, we have a team that finds the best talent, provides an easy process where one to two interviews take place where they meet with two sales leaders. From there, a decision is made quickly
