What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy enough to get connected with the recruiter, and the second interview was not too far away.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Matic is generally positive and, while they look at the data and interpret it well, employees are not micromanaged with it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k matching would be nice. The options are cool as long as we go public. The high co-pay for benefits force me to wait on some medical issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way that carrier relations is managed, and that gives us more options for quoting. The way that AMP is adapted for easier quoting is impressive. My supervisor, Bernadette is a perfect combination of competency and kindness.
