The fact that I get to learn every single day. I get to focus on the tasks the energize me, and the tasks that drain me are limited in my role.

My executive team is exceptionally knowledgeable in our in industry and is willing to try new ideas and technologies to be the best for our customers. Support for change starts at the top.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The ability to discuss the role with multiple department heads was fantastic. As a director, I work across our business teams and getting their perspectives helped me understand how best to support other teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Support for change is fantastic. With the advent of AI and constant technology change, our company is willing to explore and use new methods to make bring our products to our clients in the best way possible.
