What makes you most happy at work?There are so many different opportunities for learning new technology and how our product can solve the many different use cases.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I like the equity opportunity as well as the commission opportunities.
What are some of the best things about your team?All of the SE team is very collaborative, sharing ideas and solving problems together. There is not judgement if you don't know something and many are willing to jump in and help if you ask.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?It would be helpful if the CMO and rest of the Marketing Leadership Team had a more realistic view of Matillion's culture and stopped trying to force Microsoft/big company practices on the marketing team and broader organization.
