It has been such a pleasure working for Maurices. There is so many talented employees and we get to share our wins and opportunities and bounce ideas off each other.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Used to be a great company to work for. New corporate leadership is much more interested in selling credit cards than clothing. It's become ridiculous and has made all the associates unhappy. Morale has taken a huge dive because of the stress placed upon selling credit at every level.

What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with customers and my coworkers

High turn over, low pay, unethical and i have employee emails from our district supervisor to prove it I like my direct store manager though so i atick with this job because i am loyal to her.
