Honestly the manager and I hit it off really well and it didnt feel like an interview at all. When you have that kind of work " chemestry" for lack of better terms, you get eachother and you want to raise eachother up. No need for micromanaging.
I work this job and another job to make ends meet. My other job pays 10.00 more an hour than this one. If it came down to both jobs scheduling me the same day, I wouldnt even have to blink twice which job would get my loyality. Want less turn over. Pay better. Pretty simple.
I over hear customers tell my fellow employes how the cost of the merch is too high, as if they employees can do anything about that * insert eye roll* even with sales in today's economy. They employee discount should be 60% not the same as what a costumer should get. Maurices needs to do better.
Over all i cant say i am a fan of the leadership team, directly my manager does everything she can to makr out work envirmont a friendly team building atmosphere where we all share the work load. She takes time to pull you aside and let you know know how much you mean to the team and thats always ++
That i can work in the back at my own pace. Not to be confused with being lazy. * i have OCD and like to put on misic, tear through boxes and organize clothes by color size and style. It relaxes me. * the other reason why I stay. If i had to work up front I would be gone. Give me shipments all day!
