Unlimited PTO. It can be a great perk with a manager who supports work life balance. My manager has been great at this.
I think the benefits are above average.

I would feel better about my compesation if they had given me the raise that was promised with a promotion that i interviewed for and got the job. I was promised the raise and accepted the position only to be told months later no raise would come.
Greater acknowledgment for my contributions. More mentoring and coaching from direct management.
