Acknowledging team members. Diversity among leaders is also horrifying lacking. It's all old white men and that tells you what you need to know about the company.

I would feel better about my compesation if they had given me the raise that was promised with a promotion that i interviewed for and got the job. I was promised the raise and accepted the position only to be told months later no raise would come.

Everyone (myself included) needs to level-up skills to be productive in the cloud environment.
People need to work in the office. Nothing is getting done.
Actually ask technical questions and not just gimmicky personality questions that sound like they were pulled out of grocery store checkout aisle magazine.
Require and enforce working in the office.
Advent has gutted a good company and laid off many coworkers that helped create great products. We need to attract talent by showing good pay and job security.
