What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leader ship team supported my entire family
They are very approachable and really care about individuals.
They give weekly updates to the entire company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is adequate. Normal industry sized.
Flexible time off and work/life balance
Unlimited PTO. It can be a great perk with a manager who supports work life balance. My manager has been great at this.
I think the benefits are above average.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Driven, smart, good people, mission driven
People are very willing to collaborate.
That almost everyone on the team goes above and beyond, so you're in good company and are inspired by the people around you. Also, for almost all the people- that they're amazingly adept at what they do (the current team).
A really smart group of people that have cool ideas, and everyone works hard because they enjoy it.
They are kind and engaged
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mission is positive. Security and belonging severely lacking
Collaboration with coworkers is very good.
Intelligent and knowledgeable people, low ego (for most) and openness/ownership, desire to improve things and willingness to help as much as their bandwidth allows, and commitment to doing it right
The flexibility to work from home or in the office.
Our small teams are more like family than coworkers.
