I appreciate that they offer a 401K package. However, I would suggest offering a matching 401K to both internal and external employees.

Managers need to be re-evaluated. Mean, harass individuals and gaslight individuals.

Sick time and PTO reguardless of a contract people have lives and people get sick. They shouldnt be punished and not get paid.

if a nurse works a few hours of overtime in the field, they get paid more than I do... I work about 60 hours a week (sometimes more) on a salary that is not competitive.
