Maxim Healthcare Services Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

HEALTH ;WORK SITES;WAGES;PAYED TIME OFF;

No sure what it is

I appreciate that they offer a 401K package. However, I would suggest offering a matching 401K to both internal and external employees.

Pay rate and health benefits.

getting weekly is something, i looked up to weekly

They are just and fair.

Review from Customer Support Dept

flexible staffing hours to fit needs

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay us for what we do.

Managers need to be re-evaluated. Mean, harass individuals and gaslight individuals.

Sick time and PTO reguardless of a contract people have lives and people get sick. They shouldnt be punished and not get paid.

More hours and benefits not taking away medical if I don't work 40hrs in one week

Pay increase better benefits pto

It's probably always the the same feeling for the first liner

More my time. I would like to be able to use more than 40 hours a year if I have it of my sick time.

I think it should be a raise in pay scale

Getting paid when school is taking time off some how

I've been with the company 14 years, work with some of our most complex cases, and am making pennies over what I was hired at. With my experience I'd like to be paid more.

Review from Operations Dept

I wish they offered insurance

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel that for the job I'm doing the compensation is on the low end.

Review from Operations Dept

if a nurse works a few hours of overtime in the field, they get paid more than I do... I work about 60 hours a week (sometimes more) on a salary that is not competitive.

Review from Operations Dept

MHS office workers receive benefits which are not paid to their licensed, professional Home Health workers.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Raises are very infrequent and pay rates are lower than some area competitors

Review from Customer Support Dept

My recruiter at the time and there concerns for my safety and respect...
