They do care about keeping our disparate clinical team in good order with all the information we need to care for our patients.

That we really do want the best for our patients and their families, so to that end we want the best for our employees as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company 14 years, work with some of our most complex cases, and am making pennies over what I was hired at. With my experience I'd like to be paid more.
