Have the interview process in person and have things needed to be completed in a timely manner.
It has improved some by having the clinician and recruiter interview at the same time but the recruiters are more of used car sales men and are not always honest or realistic to candidates leading to wasting everyone's time.

The hospital is under funded. The agency neglects their employees.
The medical director has his mind and heart in the right place but he is seen as a mascot instead of a leader. The men that make the decisions do not understand our clients or what the lower level workers have to deal with on a daily basis.
