What are some of the best things about your team?We are creative and were profitable before Seelye got involved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Getting a week off for the holidays.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They respond to changing circumstances and encourage the whole company to learn and grow.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Leadership is a nightmare, company objectives and strategies are constantly changing, and Modus Studios will continue to make horrible games that cost the company millions of dollars each year. Nothing will improve as leadership is the source of the issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? All of the employees at this company make at least 30% less than those in similar roles at other companies in the Bay Area. You get the legal minimum of sick days. Piece of advice to leadership: pizza parties once a month don't make your employees feel valued or empowered.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?300 words don't begin to cover what leadership needs to get better at. The leadership team is mostly made up of people who are either related to or close friends of the CEO, so you do the math there. Leadership loves to throw their employees under the bus to save themselves. None are true leaders.
