Leadedship needs to learn how to be accountable. The CEO has bullied everyone into silence and created a culture of blame - where your higher ups will blame their team out of fear that the CEO will retailiate against them. Leadership needs to be better humans in general.

All of the employees at this company make at least 30% less than those in similar roles at other companies in the Bay Area. You get the legal minimum of sick days. Piece of advice to leadership: pizza parties once a month don't make your employees feel valued or empowered.

Leadership is a nightmare, company objectives and strategies are constantly changing, and Modus Studios will continue to make horrible games that cost the company millions of dollars each year. Nothing will improve as leadership is the source of the issue.
